Respect for rights
Only upload and process material you own or are authorized to use. Tong may remove or restrict material alleged to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or related rights and may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
Submitting a notice
Email [email protected] with your full name and contact information; identification of the protected work, person, or right; the exact Tong URL or sufficient location details; an explanation of the alleged violation; a good-faith statement; a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act; and an electronic signature. Include supporting ownership or authorization evidence.
Response and counter-notice
We may request more information, restrict access, preserve evidence, notify the affected user, or forward a notice as legally permitted. A user may submit a counter-notice identifying the removed material, explaining the lawful basis for use, consenting to the required jurisdiction where applicable, and providing a signature. False or abusive notices may create liability.
