Before you begin
- A signed-in account with available credits.
- A story brief, script or saved film conversation.
What you’ll achieve:
Model choices
Settings lets you choose image and video models for this conversation. Default follows Tong’s current defaults. Model capabilities, content policies and prices still apply, including for unrestricted workflows.
Find the storyboard proposal
Read the scene proposal in the conversation. Check its action, timing and opening and closing images against your script and references.

Inspect both endpoints
Inspect the opening and closing images in the proposal. Wait for both previews to load before judging composition and character appearance.

Ask for a focused correction
Name the scene and the endpoint to change in chat. Describe what should change and what should stay, then inspect the next chronological result.

Approve the reviewed shot
In Guide me, choose Approve storyboard only after checking the displayed frames. Automatic mode continues without marking its choices as your approval.

A useful tip
Approve the frames you have inspected. Asking for a new image or video can incur a new media charge.
If something goes wrong
Reopen the saved conversation and read its status before sending again. Let active work finish; an unavailable preview or connection does not mean a new generation is needed.
Read first, create when you’re ready
Reading this guide is free. Assistant and Film maker use credits as they work and pause when your balance is insufficient. Guide me pauses for creative review; Just make it continues automatically.
